You hereby represent and warrant that You are age eighteen (18) or older, that You have read this Agreement and thoroughly understand the terms contained in this document, that any Products You purchase from the Website will be used for Your personal, non-commercial use, and that You will not re-sell, re-distribute or export any Product that You order from the Website.
GOVERNING LAW
You agree that this Agreement and any issue or dispute arising out of or otherwise related to this Agreement or with Your use of our Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
ARBITRATION
Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Contra Costa County, California. You and Kenswick LLC each waive a jury trial and class actions. Small-claims court is always allowed.
